  • Job Title : Design Engineer

Essential Duties & Responsibility:

1. Review 3D model and technical specification to understand and flow down the requirements to CFT team.
2. Prepare design output: BOM, 2D drawing, Rout card (for FAI part)
3. Prepare process flow chart , define key and special process
4. Support to production in development stage on each phase
5. Prepare graphical operation instruction for key and special process with check sheet
6. Review the update BOM QTY based on consolidated material list provide by production
7, Prepare configuration item, summarized BOM and maintain document as per QMS
8. Engage customer meetings and maintain MOM
9. Responsible for FAI product until will move to production

1. Candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
2. Under Graduation in Engineering or relevant
3. Hands on knowledge in either CATIA or Solid Works
4. Ability to attend tool test
5. Aware about basic sheet metal knowledge and industrial experience

        JOB DESCRIPTION
        Work Location :  Mumbai  | Category : On-Roll
        Department : Processing
        Reports to : Manager – Design and Development 
        Essential Duties & Responsibility:

        1.Should be good software experience in CATIA/ Solid works.
        2. Able to demonstrate and create 3D model by using assembly interfaces.
        3. Prepare Process flow chart, define key and special process.
        4. Support to site team and maintenance team during installation.
        5. Having a strong manufacturing background about sheet metal, machining and assembly process.
        6. Should have strong knowledge of materials and standards.
        7. Should have basic knowledge about jigs and fixtures.
        8. Engage customer meetings and maintain MOM.
        9. Willing to work in all shifts.
        10.Responsible for testing, assembly and installation.

        Qualification and Job Specification:​

        1. Candidate should have more than 5 – 6 years of experience
        2. UG with Mechanical Engineering
        3. Should know either CATIA or Solid works
        4. Should able to attend tool test
        5. Should know about sheet metal, assembly knowledge and industrial experience
        6. Strong Communication skills of English / Hindi
        7. PSD knowledge will be preferred.

        Experience & Additional Requirement : 
        1. Total Experience : (Minimum 5 – 6 Years)
        2. Relevant Experience : (Minimum 1 – 2 Years)
        3. Languages Required : To Read, Write & Speak Tamil, English, Hindi (Optional)
        4. Age : Below 30 years
